  2. I was thinking that also that when u get ur coconut water, to just put it in a mason jar and label it. That way nothing will grow 😂 I would be the same way. U think ‘water’ would last longer but daaang u better watch coconut water!

  3. Really, not much sugar in those sweets? Do you know that in 4-5 liters of blood in your body you have only 4 grams of sugar? That's all your body need.

  4. Please don’t get too caught up in the whole “calorie” and “clean” diet fads. If you want to build your abs you’re going to have to fuel your body more and start doing weighted exercises to work the surrounding muscles. Doing a few crunches on the floor won’t get you there – at least not anytime soon. Take care of yourself. 🙂

  7. Saline or Ceylon cinnamon 👀? I think by Ceylon the brand just means Sri Lanka (Ceylon is just the other more older name of the country Sri Lanka). But I do know the cinnamon there is top notch especially if it’s organic, free trade etc. (I’m Sri Lankan-Canadian so I just thought I’d let you know ❤️😊🤷‍♀️).

    And sorry if I’m coming off mean, I definitely don’t mean to!!! Just thought you could know for future reference (and in case you ever pronounce “Ceylon” again ❤️🌏).
