  3. when you're doing hip thrust, try standing your leg apart more so you have more stability. when I paused your video, your feet is not stable so you're having a hard time.

  5. I like heavy kettlebell swings. They always get my glutes firing. I actually prefer them more than hip thrusts because they just feel so right

  6. Walking lunges are my favorite. It gets both glutes and quads and is a functional exercise, unlike hip thrusts and frog thrusts.
