  2. I mean studies show that more than 1.8g per kg of bw yields no extra benefits (and not matter how hard you train or what's your advancement level) so why are you telling people to eat 3.4g per kg of bw?

    Planning to get to around 170-175lbs before cutting…

  6. I have actually used this “Yamzοkο Weebly” (Google it) for a few days by now as well as the final results are impressive. I still have the vitality I need without having suppressing my appetite without making me really feel jittery. I haven`t changed other things I am doing and also have dropped 7 pounds. .

  7. In 80kg but not 10,11 or 12% body fat I'm maybe 13,14,15 but I just wanna get leaner and more shredded and I want to maintain my weight if I lose any more weight I will just look like a lanky 6 foot 2 twig

  10. I'm obese (45% body fat, bout 100lbs to lose) but I'm not a beginner. I have a good portion of muscle and I would like to transform, what type of program would you suggest? Ideally I want to maintain strength while building muscle and losing fat (stretching I know), but I'm not sure how to go about. Would it be like an upper/lower program with one day strength the other hypertrophy or push/pull/leg?

  12. Curious what your opinion is on Sauna prior to training? I know it has been shown to increase HSP (heat shock proteins) which are responsible for dealing with a LOAD of processes from head to toe and ensuring that they are done properly. But in regards to recomp, we are asking our bodies to execute quite a lot and hopefully we do so as efficiently as possible. I know the jury is out on sauna prior to a workout at least in regards to all-cause-mortality but I've been experimenting with it for 2-3 minutes prior to my warm up and I've had great results. Kinda curious what you think 😀
