MY HEIGHT ▹
I’m 5’5

A lot of people ask me how long it takes me to make a video. This one involved about 5 hours of filming (shoutout to Stephanie for that), 20 hours of research (my assistant, Max, took care of that), 8 hours of additional research and reading on my part and about 24 hours of total editing time in final cut. The best way you can support me and this work is by leaving a positive comment and watching my videos *all the way to the end*! Thanks so much for the continued support! I just got my silver play button from youtube today and am feeling more motivated than ever!! See you guys soon!

  1. When I do and exercise my lower back starts to spasm…any thoughts? Also what do think of C4 supplement in assisting to getting lean?

  2. This video helped me out a lot!
Thanks for your great content mate. Thanks to your vids I'll miss 1.5 hrs of sleep at work tomorrow;)

    Keep up the great work.

  3. I can't believe on a video about abs people are in the comments ARGUING whether Ben Shapiro is alt right or not…

    Of course he is!

  4. Is a session considered a single "movement/excerise" or does it involve more of these is a single period/day?

I ask because I do ab workouts at least once a day during a 3 day split and 3 times on what I call a "midsection day".

  5. Y'know what I like about you? You don't treat your viewers like idiots. You use the big words, you explain directly what they mean instead of giving loose ideas, you (from what I've seen so far) don't state anything without citing official research, and you don't make statements so much as you show the evidence (usually research).

  6. 6:27 doesn't holding a dumbbell in each hand defeat the point of the exercise? One is just a counterweight for the other providing no resistance.

  7. Hello Jeff Nippard, this is the first time that I am visiting your YouTube channel and right off the bat I just felt this immense energy through my telephone screen. You seem like such a kind, genuine, heartfelt human being. Thank you for taking time out of your day and providing me and many others with well needed information about our bodies to better help our workouts and also contribute to our general knowledge. I took the liberty to subscribe to your channel because I really appreciate the fact that you have dedicated years of your life to building your body in a clean, healthy fashion and share the methods that you have made use of with us all. It shows that you are determined, consistent and motivated in your workouts. Thank you Jeff Nippard for having such a positive impact on people thatare trying to lead a more active life. Your existence is appreciated. Have a splendid day.

  8. LOL @ 6:26.. do NOT use two dumbbells. Use ONE, or else you are just holding a counterweight that will do the work for you.
