  2. Dude, throw out that chemical laced pan you threw that beef on. Get a cast iron and a steel scrubber. Not a brillo. Never use soap on it and use salt to sear that meat. Thumbs down for teflon not on your chest.

  3. Jesus all the side effects of finastride are scary. Lol who wants prostate cancer and depression? I think I'll take the hairless option.

  4. no need to load creatine if you're hitting the gym faithfully just take your 5-10gs daily B4 you work out thank me later

  5. Jeff. Do you have a myth-busted video on BCAA's or one like this one but about BCAA's?!? A lot of girl athletes I follow take them but I have seen a couple of videos indicating it has no significant benefits in hypertrophy. HELP!

  6. I’m 17 and have been working out since I was 13. Is this the time I start using creatine or should I wait or not take it at all? HELP!

  7. So load up with 20 to 25g for 7 days then 5g per day got it. Hopefully it doesnt make my hair fall out faster as it's already falling out at 28

  8. So that is why I get an energy rush from tartar beefsteak 🙂 I will make it more often I guess. Tastes much better than a powder and nutritionally is more complex as well at least 🙂

  9. Hi just got a question , if u take fisnasteride to reduce DHT conversion , doesn’t that defeat the purpose of Creatine ? Thanks
